The audience was encouraged to engage with this piece. It consists of several handmade and repurposed stuffed animals, and a large velvet pillow to sit on while holding them- all with physical and/or emotional ailments. The animals had messages hand stitched into them, saying things like, " did you always know i was this broken?" Some of them hurt to touch or hold. The intension of this piece was to offer a physical connection to wounding we ourselves and those we love, have most likely experienced as a bi-product of living and being in relationship with others.[gallery ids="335,336,337,368,367,366,365"]
